Interview Coaching for Interviewers

As you move up the ranks and take on more responsibility, you'll need to interview crew for your own teams. But... how?! What do we need to ask? Where do we start?! Let me help take the stress off you and give you some 1:1 training. This will be tailored to the department, be it interior, galley, deck, or engine room.
